Mubasher: Palestine Investment Bank reported a 10.9% retreat in profits in the second quarter of 2016, to $842,600 from $945,200 in the same period last year.

As for the first half of the year, profits increased 27.7% to $1.43 million, from $1.12 million in H1-15.
